ENVIRONMENTAL OBJECTIVE: OPENING OF OUR PHOTOVOLTAIC INSTALLATION
At ManOrga, innovation and environmental responsibility are at the heart of our approach. Today, we are proud to share with you one of our latest concrete actions. Our teams have installed solar panels on the roofs of our two factories. This initiative, directly linked to our environmental policy, embodies our commitment to a sustainable energy future.
Reducing our energy footprint
By choosing to install solar panels, we have achieved two main objectives:
- Becoming more resilient to external changes and crises. We position ourselves as an agile and adaptable player in a market that is not always so.
- Achieving partial autonomy in our electricity production, thus realizing our commitment to renewable energy.
“During certain periods of the year, we are energy self-sufficient. In the summer, with longer days, we can now be energy self-sufficient from 8 am to 6 pm.” – Vianney Lacroix, Energy and Environment Project Manager, ManOrga

Project NEO, one step closer to our 2030 vision
What is NEO? – The name we have given to our 2030 vision. The result of collective work with the determined desire to innovate and make our mark on the market in a responsible manner.
Our goal is to become the European reference for sustainable and carbon-free economy in the creation of well-thought-out spaces.
Deployment and adaptation of teams and production
This commitment is fueled by our ability to act quickly and effectively. Thanks to the planning of our teams and collaboration with experts in the field, we have managed to implement our solar panels quickly and accurately.
“The installation of solar panels has led us to review our work methods and processes to maximize self-consumption. For example, team schedules have been adjusted to coincide with solar production, and we focus on the efficiency of our machines to control our energy consumption.”
— Elise Plancke, Production Manager
At ManOrga, the installation of solar panels represents much more than a simple installation. This initiative is a key step in our NEO project towards excellence, energy autonomy, and resilience.
