Prioritising health and safety
Osteopathy session – 01/08/24
First aid training – 11/04/24
Prioritising our employees’ health and safety
At ManOrga, we take concrete action to guarantee a safe and healthy working environment, through first aid training, daily risk awareness, and well-being initiatives such as midday sports activities and health awareness workshops. Because taking care of our teams also means investing in our future as a company.
Objective 1 : Train our teams in first aid (OHS training, fire safety)
Percentage of employees trained
Percentage down slightly since 2022… because our workforce is growing. We’re working on it !
Testimonial :
“Training is the pillar of our human development dynamic that aims to help our employees improve in their jobs while supporting the company’s projects and development.
In 2024, we trained all our managers in management practices through a tailor-made and co-constructed course.
And because we are committed to protecting the safety and integrity of our teams, 137 people have received occupational health and safety (OHS) training in the company.
Last, in the coming months, we plan to raise awareness, provide training and mobilise our teams around sustainable development.”
Coraline Dekeyser, Human Development Officer
Objective 2 : Zero serious accidents
Testimonial :
“Everyone’s safety is a paramount commitment at ManOrga. Currently, there are about ten incidents per year, a figure that is still too high. We want every person to be able to work safely, regardless of where they work. To this end, we have applied methods such as awareness raising and distribution of safety data sheets prior to the start-up of each station. We also conduct upstream risk assessments.”
Pierre Callens, Human Resources Safety Manager
Encouraging our teams to care for their health
Testimonial :
“When it comes to health, we offer our staff various opportunities, like osteopathy sessions, to encourage them to take care of themselves. We have also created midday sports, and our sports association brings together 225 members at lunchtimes to play tennis, ping-pong, basketball, badminton or indoor football. The health of each person is our priority; we want to take care of each other to grow together.”
Pierre Callens, Human Resources Safety Manager
