In 2024, we used a questionnaire designed by Great Place To Work® to ask all our teams about how they see the company.
The results ? Forty-seven percent of our employees say they work in a culture of engagement; the level of trust in the company is 63%.
While these figures are higher than the French average (+11 percentage points according to the global GPTW analysis), we don’t think they’re good enough. We can do better ! We will continue, with encouragement ! Our goal is to be awarded Great Place To Work certification in 2026.
