“I started as an operator, now I’m in charge of a workshop”
I progressed quickly within ManOrga thanks to the trust they placed in me at an early stage. I am now the workshop manager and I am in charge of 15 people. Our biggest daily challenge is to respond to orders as quickly as possible. What I like most about ManOrga is the family spirit and the great working atmosphere. My teams and I never miss any of the events organised by ManOrga, like bowling, paintball, fishing, etc. It’s a great way for us to get together outside of work and have a good time.

“I started as an apprentice and now I’m on a permanent contract”
I started working at ManOrga for my apprenticeship in 2018. I have been part of the Marketing team for 4 years now. I always put myself out there and am very dedicated to my assignments, and I’ve been lucky enough to be given more and more responsibility. And that’s why I was offered a permanent contract at the end of my studies. For me, ManOrga is a great company with strong values that you can really relate to. Today, I’m proud to be able to put my plans into action and hope to become ManOrga’s communications manager one day.

“I started as a handler, and now I’m in charge of a Production Unit”
I’ve been at ManOrga for 37 years. I worked my way through a number of different jobs before I became a Production Unit Manager. For me, being a manager means first and foremost helping my teams when they encounter difficulties, and I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty and lend a hand. It’s also about looking after their well-being. Here at ManOrga, we put people first. I’ve been a proud member of the works council for over 10 years now, and my main priority is to ensure the safety of the Production Units.”
