Encouraging the inclusion of people with disabilities
At ManOrga, we want to promote inclusion in all its forms. One of these is particularly important to us : the inclusion of people with disabilities. To promote the employment of people with disabilities, we have two ongoing projects: a partnership with the sheltered employment establishment in Lys-lez-Lannoy to adapt jobs and train our teams, and a partnership with ELISE for waste management.

“We contacted the sheltered employment establishment in Lys-lez-Lannoy and visited their workshops. Our goal is to open and adapt positions in our industrial workshops to accommodate people with disabilities, while training our managers to support them.
Another project that’s important to us is the local company ELISE, which employs people with disabilities, and is responsible for managing our office waste.
Last, we conduct internal awareness campaigns on a variety of disabilities, including invisible disabilities, which are still poorly understood.”
